I appreciate the part about taking notes and having a checklist to follow. I have found those things to be very helpful when I'm not quite sure I've covered everything I intended to go over in a class.

I learned about how a professional development plan can help me become more proficient in my career as an instructor. Now I need to decide which resources to pursue.

I tend to favor the both classes types of motivators. If it makes me feel good to contribute or give back, and I can get rewarded for it, even better!

I learned why giving students some control over what activities they complete in what order can help them feel a bit more in control of their education. I'm currently looking for more ways to incorporate this in our interactions.

I plan to teach some basic things about the topic, then show the students how they could learn similar things on their own, and reinforce that they each have it within themselves to be successful in the field.

I look forward to gamifying troubleshooting processes. Muahaha.

I learned to appreciate the different ages of students in an adult learning environment, and how that may actually make for a more self regulating learning group.
