Teachers must be a administrator, technology helper, and a social administrator.  Teachers must also include both student and teacher feedback.

Whether synchronous or asynchronous learning occurs the instructor must organize the lessons in an appropriate manner.

While many online tools are available it is not neccessary to use all of them.. Decide what works best for your class.

Multiple evaluations are needed for learning.

Both Formative and summative assessments are needed for online learning.  Clearly defined rubrics are importnant when assessing.

it is necessary that scaffolding occurs in both lesson planning and student learning.

Being consistent is crucial to online learning.  It is beneficial to the student and teacher.

Good communications, boundaries and established set of rules are needed for e learning.

It is important that all parties students and teachers are participating in an online course.  

Providing students with knowledge of of the teachers experience and content within the course.  Sharinf of ideas and experiences are important.
