This module helped me to understand how important employment reporting is, as it pertains to our college specifically. The data can be used to create or discontinue programs, modify aspects of a program or make improvements, and spark curriculum changes. It is helpful to understand that reporting has many reasons, one of which is our specific product, not just for accreditation. 

Orientation is an important part of assimilating to a college environment and a well executed orientation can result in higher retention.

Students want to feel they have made a good investment by seeing the professionalism of instructors, the availability of staff and administration and the quality of their peers.
