It's important to understand the student at their world view, otherwise communication cannot happen.

A handout checklist or fill the blank sheet as I'm lecturing is genius, and then use that for the class discussion afterwards.

These graphics are funny, but the content it good. I especially liked the analytic and critical thinking examples.

The comment about Gen Y/Z having access to information and data but weak in critical thinking is right-on.

It is good to integrate more technology into the classroom, but the most efficient way to tell a group the same information in a classroom setting is a dynamic and interesting lecture, followed by question prompts and discussion on the lecture (to see if they paid attention, and to learn the material in more depth).

Gen Z is not into memorization...just look it up on Google or use AI. It's good to use technology, since like a spell checker, it is a tool, but do they really know the material? For instance, do they really need to memorize the trigonometric identities anymore?

This module was a good refresher on the generations since 1922 and I remember how I was taught in the late 1970s: Lecture, read, and shut up.

These are nice videos with good advice. I wish we could speed them up though - they do speak a little slow!

It is important to write down things you are grateful for and are blessed with. This changes your mindset from negative thoughts to positive thinking.

Good advice for many situations. The use of We language is good too.
