A 15 minute walk does wonders to reduce stress.
About 50% of US work days are lost due to stress. This is a shocking statistic, and must relate back to headaches, stomach problems, and back pain.
77% check emails within 5 minutes of computer power-up. Then why does it take days for people to respond? Respond to emails as they come up, even with an "ok!"
It's amazing 15-20% of people are chronic procrastinators. This matches my lifetime of observation and 25+ years as an engineering manager.
Keeping notes is important. Over time, you can improve the class and know the gotchas that trip students up, and spend more time on these.

We set up an out of class tutoring session to help those learners who don't have sufficient background for some of the labs. It is slow going at the beginning of the semester, but some of these students become the best student in the class by the end of term.
