I learned that meeting and ongoing training are important for a career in admissions. 

I learned an institution is not required to have a formal marketing plan. 

I learned most schools have specific guidelines to follow when enrolling a student and creating a file for them and how to find that information. 

I am currently new to the Admission Representative role. I learned that it is important to learn the rules that are required by the Florida Commission for Independent Education. I have also learned that you need to be update with all features and benefits of enrollment.
