I plan to use more bluetooth tools so that students can get used the apps they will be utilizing in the field.

I will ensure that roles are being changed between assignments so that people can be sure they are seeing all aspects of how to work in a team.

I learned the value in silence.  After a lecture, questions could be asked about aspects of components functionality and after a silence to force more critical thinking, they could be discussed.

The usefulness of 'I' language stuck out to me especially.

I learned the importance of being specific as opposed to general when it comes to greetings/farewells/wrap ups.

I didn't realize how much information doesn't get retained through listening.  It is imperative to stress that people not only listen, but take notes and review them

It stood out to me that it's important for the students to get to know each other as well.

The importance of a checklist stood out to me.  While a thorough plan is critical, you also need to know where you're at at a glance

What I got out of this model is be aware of who you are and meld that identity into who you are as an instructor.  It will be much easier to keep a class engaged if you are keeping core components of yourself within your instructor persona
