I remember at time when my job had my entire clinic take a day off and go somewhere off campus to do something fun and yet help us team build to be better at our job, and become stronger as a team.  We learned how we can better communicate and talk through things better when we may experience conflict.  Sometimes it's better to problem solve and get better perspectives on how to handle situations, especially when everyone has different personalities.  It was a great idea and the faciliator was very helpful!

Adaptive learning is better F2F and still engaging with the student to have interactions.

There are many resources to help students with adaptive learning.  Apps and many other tools.

l learned that not all schools can accommodate adaptive  learning  for all institutions due to not always having the tools and skills as times change.

I learned that Adaptive learning is helping for all student levels who are getting back into school and learning environments.

Learning that motivation can be about wanting rewards to get someone to work hard, or it's within yourself to want to work hard to get to a goal.

Always making sure your students needs are met and that they feel secure.

Helping our students with learning disabilities will allow them to have more time to read and comprehend what they maybe struggling with that may take longer than the average student.  So it helps them to still be successful by helping them with an IEP plan.

Helping diverse learners will help them to have more structural outline to help them to better understand.

I have learned to be aware of how to keep my students engaged more by walking around the class room, and sharing with my students about stories that are relatable.
