About me

Instructor of HVAC/R in TN, I have worked as a Stationary Engineer for over 25 years. I have been the cheif engineer in many of San Francisco high-rise office buldings and worked my way up to the level of property manger of a high-rise building. This is my second term as a teacher of HVAC/R and I enjoy it most now because I have a lot more experience under my belt in my field than I did when I first taught!

That's the million dollar question asked by most students when attending a post secondary school for a trade! An instructor along with the placement staff can keep a student motivated throughout the semester, or school year by bringing up the subject from time to time and asking the student to take a self assesment as to their abilities as they proceed through school

Getting students motivated through school functions designed to bring students together for "school spirit" do encourage students to stay the course
I have seen positive results in both student performance and retention when they have gone through an oreintation that covered topics that can and will effect a students success in completing their school experience!
I t is important for the admissions Rep to formulate a set of questions that are common amongst succesful graduates that will help a prospective student determine if they are seeking an education in a field that they will make every effort to complete with realistic employment ecpectations
very important for an institution to maintain title IV loans!
I make sure that all of my seniors are attending their graduation meetings because a lot of important information regarding their loans and job placement is addressed at these meetings
I make sure to remind the students that the school does not promise to get you a job, we only assist in your search
