Comment on Mindy Hodge's post:  I believe one of the important aspects of this model is displaying support and encouragement to the students that will enhance their self worth and increase their ability to know they can achieve. 

I have learned that keeping the grade book up to date really helps the students to be aware of their " current " grade status. Its very important  because it help keep students encouraged and to keep them  on track! 

In this lesson, its imprative to know how  you students learn and how to apply the differing learning styles to assist all in the learning environment. I find videos are beneficial and giving them activites to write down can be very insturmental. Making sure they are not frustrated is important and learning how to meet them where they are will make their learning experience most pleasant.

Comment on Emily Pearson's post: Making sure to deliver the power point in a way that enhances learning and not going too fast can assist the adult learner. Too many heavy titled slides are too busy and leaves the students furstrated .

Yes I can agree, becuase the most of us continue working and going altough our bodies are saying stop and refresh. We simply need to take a step back, get in a quiet place and enjoy the view and have a healthy meal and healthy conversation and turn off the technology. I personally dont take naps as it disturbs my sleep for night ,but aking the time to rest and enjoy a good meal, is best suited. 

Comment on Marie Wilborn's post: I believe the dot to the watch is a great idea to keep the students on track while training throughout the day on the sites. Its a good way to see if they are not coming along with the dots moving to check on them to assure additional issues have not taken place, or is there need for additional training.

Comment on Andrew Alfonso's post: I learned that the various methods to use to assist with engaging learning in a differing method can be useful in the learning environment. The ones that stick out the most are Songs to get them moving/transition music ! Activities to allow them to critically think and locate supplies/ stock by using timed treasure hunts .

Comment on Kevin Smith's post: This is a good idea as you can make things like technology integration into the lessons that are quick and fun that aligns with the course content. 

Comment on Francisco Gonzalez's post:   Its important to note that students should be journaling their progress, as to know if the sites are giving them the best experience, and how the sites are doing as a whole.
