I really enjoyed this module because it reminded me of the reason I got into education in the first place. Students need positive role models-someone they can look up to, learn from, an feel supported by. I learned that as an instructor, or even simply as someone in leadership role, it's essential to always set the standard and lead by example. We have the responsibility to show our students what professionalism, compassion, and dedication look like in the field.
