I think that the students who procrastinate on their work are very challenging to help. I suspect many are overwhelmed, and I intend to reach out to those folks more regularly going forawrd to try to help keep them on track. 

I recently dealt with a competitive learner and found it very interesting to learn about the different learning styles. Competitive learners can absolutely be difficult for other students to work with!

I really enjoyed the suggestions about posting summaries of the students' discussion posts for the week - this is something I have not tried that I may need to implement in my course. 

I think one of the most useful points was making sure to do your best to minimize learner frustration through instructor support, technical support, and preparation of the instructor.
