E-learning will be helpful for students because they can go at their own pace, within reason. I love the tool for E-portfolios. So not only can we see their work  when they are done, they can show others. With the way the world is at the moment I believe we need to change with the times and with the generations. I believe that technology is our future and the more we can do on it the better for our students.

I like the idea of collaboration learning, involving the students in being the mentor, I find that students want to help each other learn the topics, so I want to add more of this in the classroom

I find that group activities are great, I have found though that students do not like to be graded as a group. They like to have control over just themselves. I do like the fact that it would hold everyone more responsible to put their best effort forward.

I find that in my classroom, I give a little theory for note taking, hand-outs when needed, then discussion for experiences, then an activity, group and sometime individual. At the end an assessment. I find that I reach most, but fear that not all. So forming a new approach, create a scenerio for more problem solving activities.

I completely agree on teaching for the different learners. I was very intersted with the innovative option of providing choices. It opened my eyes a little, my students love having a choice, so I want to see how they will react to more choice tasks.
