International teaching puts a limiting factors on trying to incorporate using these techniques into the classes. Many of my classes are time limited. We travel to a country and have minimum time to set up classrooms and adjust schedules based on the students skills sets. 

It has been helpful to study the conditions and learn as much as we can about the students environment. Then we can shift the lesson plans as needed to meet the class objectives
