I set clear expectations, maintain consistent routines, and encourage teamwork and communication through hands-on activities, group projects, and class discussions. In my Business, Personal Finance, and FBLA activities, I use real-world examples and collaborative learning opportunities to help students feel engaged, confident, and successful in the classroom.
