I'm all the time getting talked to about how high my pass rates are and granted they are high but my question is this:  Isn't our goal as teachers of a curriculum that we are "experts" at, to reach every student.  If my pass rate wasn't high, I myself would be questioning my ability to teach said subjects.   I go to great lengths and from varying directions to reach and teach every student and that is why my pass rates are so high.  I teach my behind off to ensure the success of our students!  How is that wrong?

When there is an issue, I will let the team correct the issue instead of me taking over and forcing my solution on everyone

Why would normative be a more affective way to motivate employees. This seems like a negative way to lead.
