Evaluation is important for us Intructor to make also continuous improvement (use a PDCA model) on our course.

The process should include some Key Performance Indicators from different sources, defined with the different stakeholders, so we can always have a look on our courses and how students assimilate them.

It is important to have meaningful feedback that is connected to learning objective.

It is important to have different ways of assessment and for me try self assessment with students. I never done that before.

First of all, we need to have a dynamic syllabus. A syllabus is updated and should represent the dynamism of the course.

We must involve the students in the course using different educational tools, motivate them regularly and insert them into a real group life of learners on a given theme

The importance of templates, respect the formats all along the courses, the vocabulary to use, the way you design the courses have to be always the same in order to not get the students lost and confused with too many different informations.
