I want to incorporate rubric in class discussions. 

Write using rubric with detailed descriptions and grades the students can understand such as "good", satisfactory", ect. 

Using the SOAP method can help with your assessment and aid in students understanding their steps for care plan for clinic

When you have a lot to teach try to plan an activity for the students to engage in 

I plan to include more soft skills into my teaching such as time management, critical thinking, conflict resolution, team work

Not everyone has emotional intelligence, but it is an important skill to have. There are many ways to teach, but it is important to teach interpersonal skill by building trust, organizing classrooms.

If the instructor has a good understanding of soft skills then it becomes easy to model them for their students. Teamwork is an important skill to learn since it is a good skill to have in the work environment.

Soft skill are very helpful for staff and students. It provides professional development and people skills such as communication, patience and organization. 

There are many different leaning styles. E-learning can be very helpful. There are some challenges when it comes to e-learning since teachers and students are not face to face learning they have to relay on communicating through email or platform chat 

Feedback should reflect student motivation and confidence
