I might feel uneasy at first but switching to active learning, when done correctly, can help students learn more, feel more engaged, and ultimately become better professionals. 

I was not aware of potential student complaints and them not understanding the assignments and thinking instructors are not teaching them. Understanding this will help me guide students, who may not be familiar with active learning, through the process so they can see the advantages.

I learnt about what active learning actually is, why we do it and why its effective. I will incorporate more activities that align with this moving forward, to maximize student engagement.
