Having plan B if things seem to be getting out of hand,  Changing direction or giving case studies to allow students to see what they may still need to know 

the 10-20-30 rule for power points will help me as  I begin to revise our course work using a new book 

Knowing my personality and teaching style can help me to develop better teaching statagies.  The different colored paper for handouts what a good idea. 

I learned that it takes both sometimes to be effective in the workplace.  Leadership is something that helps to motivate people to do the job in a goal oriented way.
