I learned that developing the templates, you need to be consistent so the content looks the same & is not confusing to the students.

It is important to know your company's code of conduct & include it in the syllabus so it is very clear to the students.

It is important to keep all students engaged in the course discussions, & to give valuable feedback to each student.

I learned that it is important to show your presence in the course. The students need to feel comfortable that someone is there to support them and that the instructor is available. You should also create and share a bio of yourself and require the students to do the same.

When teaching an online course, I will make sure that I am familiar with the CMS(Course Management System). Make sure that I am clear with my instructions & make sure that my posts are clear
