@renatecappelletti : It is hard to fiqure out motivation of each individual. I sometimes look at their priorites and wonder why they would commit to the time and money, then drop out. I always try to be creative with problematic students. We try to find ways of helping them to work around these problems. Sometimes, it becomes so stressful!

This course was informative and made me realize the importance of double checking the "check list". Students need to completely understand their obligations when enrolling in a school. Walking a  student through the admission and enrollment process will help with better communication later on.
