As an instructor, if the students are not comprehending what was taught, this may be an opportunity to review the information again or have the students look for the answer as a group.

Comment on Apryl Remmer's post: Great idea. I utilize concept maps and sometimes we work on them as a group. I also incorporate videos pertaining to the topic of discussion in my teaching. We also go over how to perform skills and the students need to perform a retrun demonstration on the specific skill.

Comment on Tikeama Buckingham's post: I agree that it is important to be enthusiastic when teaching. Also, providing practical examples that are relatable. It is also necessary to provide feedback on tests and assignments as soon as possible.

Comment on Rose Elam's post: I am encouraged that loosing steam or motivation was brought up. Sometimes, you may think that you're the only one experiencing something. It will be important to find ways to rejuvenate and refocus as the class continues. I need to find ways to replenish my energy.
