It is important to understand the information you will be dealing with on a daily basis.

I learned that it is useful to keep track and organize the information you are receieving so you can better understand the type of questions you will get from others.

It is very important to know and understand the policies and requirements of your institution so you can relay that information to perspective students.

Within this module, I found that it is very important to be familiar with documents that you and students come in contact with.

In my opinion, I think it is wise to know and understand the information you are dealing with on a daily basis.  This module has been very insightful when it comes to terms and definitions and clearly laying out what is important to know.  The admissions process is important when it comes to the lives of others.
