I learned the importance of understanding my institution’s programs, student services, and marketing while ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with Fair Consumer Practices. I will apply this by staying informed and clearly representing the institution to prospective students.

I learned the importance of completing all admissions paperwork accurately and ensuring students fully understand their rights, responsibilities, and financial obligations. I also learned how critical it is to follow institutional policies and regulatory requirements throughout the process.

I learned that admissions training is required to ensure we provide clear, accurate, and honest information while following fair consumer practices. I also better understand the rules set by the Florida Commission for Independent Education and the responsibilities of admissions staff and agents.

I will apply this by communicating transparently with prospective students, accurately explaining programs and policies, and staying compliant and up to date with all requirements.
