Being able to identify the different types of students and respond accordingly 

I learned that technology and its function are a signifigant influence on student statisfaction 

I understand that being able to navigate a CMS is just as crucial as completing assignments. Students cannot learn effectively without a minimum of technical skill and that, as an instructor it is my responsibility to help them with that.
