Students must be held accountable. They may think online is easier, but there are so many obstacles. They need to be prepared, and willing to learn.

Communication and support.

There is quite a bit of information is this section. I do see a  lot of interest in the active learning category. 

I was happy to realize that I do not have to be an expert in all aspects, just what works best for my classes. 

It is important for me to assess my own skills. Then determine how I can best support my students. 

This is a bit difficult to navigate. There is a difference between the helpfulness of AI and the reliance on AI.

So important to remember that memorization does not show understanding of the content. Critical thinking must be used.
