I have learned that not all students can do thier online work the same as they have other responsibilites with life that don't always let them do thier reading and assignments. I have also learned that I should be more accessible to provide assistance to them with questions or assiting them to manage their assignments.

In this lesson  I have learned not to try and show my students that I am the smartest in the classroom, because there will always be someone smarter.  I will be dressing to reflect the field of study.  I will also not forget to practice the 5 C's.
