I like that we are reminded of how important it is to continue to learn different leadership styles and stay up to date on what we can do to improve our culture and success as a team.

An effective leadership style in one environment may not work for another. Every setting will have its own unique needs and tendencies.

I learned that leadership is not something everyone may excel at. Although, it does take effort and dedication, to become an effective leader.

I feel like I am better at management skills than leadership. I think it is something that does not come to me inherently and I must work on it.

A leader can be a manager, but a manager is not always necessarily a leader. 

There can be many different managing styles and each workplace environment will have to be tailored to a certain teaching decorum.
