Every day can present a training opportunity...I like to try and keep an open mind to new ways to approach something and try to review what worked and didn't work at the end of any project.  This continual training keeps things interesting for me and constantly changing.

I agree, if you can hear and understand the people you work with, you can develop a plan that accomodates everyone involved.  This way everyone can feel that they are taking a valuable part in their own way.
