It is nice knowing that there can be too much information or not enough information in a certain amount of time. Spacing out the information and getting it through using different methods seems to be a good thing. Also always being prepared is best to practice in case of failure during demonstrations.

Communication is key. Getting the students used to you and familiar with each other as well. Comfort with each other is also import.

Necessary ways to be prepared and having the idea to adjust to something new when it comes to teaching 

I learned how to access different ways to be a good proper instructor and how you can adapt to almost each type of student to get the learning process done and to improve the students experience of the trade they are trying to learn.

I have learned that learning to understand the students can benefit both myself and the students by making that connection. Helping them realize that I am trying  to encourage them to keep pushing themselves from being someone that has succeeded in the profession that they are trying to learn.
