As new instructor it is beneficial to operate with planning and "in the moment" not stressing about what ifs.

The best way to curb cheating is to remove opportunities to do so.

Students come from many backgrounds. Supporting and encouraging them to come up to standards may be something they have never experienced before.

The value of analyzing the day is undeniable. I think more time looking at what worked and what didn't each day would be benifecial.
