I can see where having students share their concerns with their SS coordinator creates a buffer that allows the student to vent and be heard without threat of reprisal or retaliation. Handling Do-Not-Call Restrictions

Sherry-Lynn, Good evening. You are correct that the "Do-Not-Call" regulations do not come into play when calling students who are enrolled in your college whether or not they are participating in your class due to the contract between the student and the college. Cindy Bryant
