Chatham, Hi...thanks for sharing your campuses innovative policy on complaint management. I can see where having students share their concerns with their SS coordinator creates a buffer that allows the student to vent and be heard without threat of reprisal or retaliation. It is also an opportunity for the SS coordinator to ensure that compliance measures are not being misconstrued. Cindy Bryant

Michael, Hi...The pass rates for CDL programs, Campus Security Report and Drug and Alcohol policies are important disclosures. Some students are more interested in the graduation and employability rates, would you agree? Cindy Bryant

Pamela, Good Evening. Many times instructors are hesitant to mention complaint policies within the classroom because they are not sure which way the conversation will go. If handled correctly the conversation will result in additional knowledge for both parties. Cindy Bryant
Sherry-Lynn, Good evening. You are correct that the "Do-Not-Call" regulations do not come into play when calling students who are enrolled in your college whether or not they are participating in your class due to the contract between the student and the college. Cindy Bryant

Guy, Welcome to the forum! Admission eligibility and funding are two of the most important questions for students. These areas are also areas of heightened scrutiny in regard to compliance. It is important to fully understand the students question and make sure that the responses given are accurate and compliant. Cindy Bryant
