Hi Julius, Unfortunately, we have very little control over our student's professionalism. We can model professionalism and expect it while they are in our presence. Many institutions have implemented a course on professional development.

James, I am glad to see us move away from this mentality in our industry. While I definately understand the instructor's perspective it allows me to open this topic. If instructors received grad bonuses could it be perceived that they simply "passed" students to do so? It is a double edged sword.
