Nicky, Then I would encourage you to sit in on an exit interview. Hopefully, this forum has made you awre of how important Exit Interviews are to the student.

Rachel, This is why encourage Financial Aid Departments to establish the relationship while the student is in school. If you are only approaching the student when you need an item for the file they feel as if you will always need something from you. Then visiting your office becomes a laborius task.

Jackie, In my experience dress code becomes a problem when everyone is not on the same page. The enforcement of rules must be consistent throughout the instituion.

Julie, You are right, complaints genrally come from a lack of understanding. This is why it is so important that students understand the information in the beginning.
