Susie, Thanks for the information.

Valerie, Sometims the questions help improve or develop the materials. For instance, if several students pose the same question is there a possibility that the question is not clear?

Travis, I would like to encourage you to cruise back through your peers forum posts. Many campuses are quizzing students on catalog information. This is an excellent idea to foster catalog reviews.

William, One of the best lessons I learned was to research before seeking an answer from my manager or instructor. Refering the student back into the catalog to find the answer will allow you to have more meaningful discussions over the topic in question.

Brian, The compliant culture that is being created should have a strong impact on the schools as a whole. It will be interesting tosee how these regulations impact institutions over the next 18 months.
Dawn, It sounds like several campuses will be adopting this action. Thanks James Eddy for sharing your schools practices.
Erika, I like to think of the change in a students life like a tree with the student being the trunk and the children limbs with the leaves representing generations to come. The stronger and healthier the trunk of the tree the stronger and healthier the leaves. We must lead by example.
