Cheryl, I think that the school is taking an excellent stand on student commitment. It sounds as if the school is making a commitment as well. Insuring that a student is ready for college is the first step to insuring that they will complete college.

Mary, Institutions should be prepared with a continued focus on compliance initiatives. Inservices can be centered around this course, gainful employment, program integrity etc.
