Andrew, The majority of the Career Schools remain in compliance, the few that have failed to follow the rules of the trade have made it difficult for the entire industry.
Kala, Sometimes this can be a time consuming process to make sure that the students understand the information.

Laurie, I have always been curious about individuals motivators. I have added an excerpt to a good article below... One of the more difficult things in working with others is determining their true source of motivation. Motivation comes from within (hackneyed but true – sorry). It is not something given to you. A coach, a parent or a boss can only work at creating an environment that optimizes your own motivation. Believe it or not, everyone is motivated.
