Rashena, I would like to address your reference "getting back to them" [student] this is where some of us fail. We promise to get back to a student with an answer and we become distracted and fail to follow through. A good idea is to make a note in your outlook or calendar to follow up. This way you will be reminded that the studentis awaiting your response.
Denise, Research is very vital to our everyday decision making. It arms you from wrong informations and saves time and money. It is important for students to take on life's challenges in making career decisions.
Nina, Offering opportunities for student's friends and families to visit the school is a great way to spread the good news.
Beth, You are right! The only way a student is totally confident in making a referral is when all the elements of satisfaction have been met. This is only done when the goals that admissions outlined in the beginning are achieved. This can only happen when the entire school is in concert with each other.

Aaron, Documenting the information that the student has received serves as a protection for the institution. The student in turn must be responsible for the information received.

Josh, This is an excellent practice. We have discussed how important it is to reference relevant material in the catalogs but we have not discussed the protection that the catalog offers both the institution and the student. What are your thoughts?
