Jennifer, Exit meetings should follow the same strategy as education by addressing all learning styles for a better understanding. It's great that you use visual aids.

Rebecca, I think we all know that it is not possible to formally exit 100% of the student body. The key here is to follow up by maiing the appropriate exit paperwork out the students who failed to attend. Also, document your actions! Too many times I have audited student files to find no documentation of the exit interview.

Andrew, I remember when I was in college I was always looking at the program descriptions to prepare for what was coming. I also remember that I would look at the courses I had completed which gave me such a sense of accomplishment.

Joshua, I think everyone will be spending a little more time with SAP due to the changes. Thanks for responding.

Sheila, We need to understand that where a person has entered into a contract after a misrepresentation has been made to him that contract could become null and void. If everyone is trained in compliant communications and stays on the right track the student can always be confident in the information provided.

Sheila, Excellent practice. It is apparent that student satisfaction is a priority.

Amber, The sooner these issues are addressed the sooner everyone can focus on the main objective-education.
