By doing so they in turn can communicate with the appropriate department and determine if follow-up is necessary. Zelda, I don't believe so, a written thank you note is simply formalizing the process. If student's are comfortable with their picture being posted there is no issue. I would double check to see if the student needs to sign a disclaimer giving you permission to post the photo. Cindy Bryant
