Deona, That depends, are you seeking information on who regulates this information at your campus or on a federal level? Federally, security information is governed by the Department of Education. If the institution is a branch many times they are required to report the main campuses information or they report no crime information since they were not at the location before the reporting date. James, Absolutely, the key here is that they cannot address students at the agencies listed. If a student calls into your campus seeking information they are entitled to the opportunity to make a change in their life. Cindy Bryant
Iheoma, Every campus has a different uinternal policy but in my experience the best way to reduce the amount of negativity on campus is to deliver outstanding customer service, deliver what you promise and address student complaints swiftly. Cindy Bryant

Kari, I am not sure that "fault" is the right terminology. Some accrediting agencies have provisions that address different situations for non-completers. The school is responsible to report those students who "disappear" on their annual reports and these students are considered in the final completion percentage. Cindy Bryant
