Deona, That depends, are you seeking information on who regulates this information at your campus or on a federal level? Federally, security information is governed by the Department of Education. If the institution is a branch many times they are required to report the main campuses information or they report no crime information since they were not at the location before the reporting date. Kari, I am not sure that "fault" is the right terminology. Some accrediting agencies have provisions that address different situations for non-completers. The school is responsible to report those students who "disappear" on their annual reports and these students are considered in the final completion percentage. Cindy Bryant
