Chad, This is a vey good example and for those who are unfamiliar with Eisman here is a little more information. Steve Eisman had written this material in 2010. He felt that there was a similarity between subprime lending and for-profit education. His reason was that he felt that both pushed low-income Americans into something they couldn't afford.
