Diane, Every initial complaint should be investigated thoroughly. By treating each complaint as relevant students feel that they are heard. Once it is determined that the complaint has no merit the student is satisfied that it has been investigated. Cindy Bryant

Ruben, Are you with a small campus? The reason I ask is that I love the concept of the student going to each department but as you grow you will need to be prepared to meet in a group setting. I do however agree that the mass approach is overwhelming and does not reach the same results. Cindy Bryant
