Emma, The regulations eliminate any confusion in regarding to admissions operations. The burden to instill ethical practices is taken out of the hands of the DOA and the school because they are covered in the regulations. Cheryl, Having taught in situations where students were mot adequately equipped I realized that I lost so much time apologizing and helping them understand the situation. In a perfect school the materials would always be available but in the event you don't teach in a perfect school always be prepared to modify and adjust. Cindy Bryant

Mary, You have brought up a great point here. As earlier mentioned I don't believe that anyone intentionally misrepresents an institution but in an instance as mentioned it could happen. This could be prevented with adequate training during the initiation period. Cindy Bryant
