Lisa, The removal of Safe Harbors definately had an impact on some institutions. Many career colleges had to shift their methodologies in admissions practices. With the elimination of the 12 Safe Harbors the compensation model may change for some schools. Schools will now need to create a new campus culture that is similar to the traditional colleges and universities. Building a new culture or community involves changing people’s mindsets and this is not an easy task. School leaders will need to incorporate innovative motivational strategies to keep their admission teams engaged. Cindy Bryant
