Kelly, I find it interesting how many schools do not properly exit their students. The exit is critical to bring the student full circle in the financial aid process. Cindy Bryant
Elaine, You have a very important position at the school. Everything that you do in your daily duties requires that you act ethically and with integrity. You must guide the students on how to maneuver through the test without giving out answers and correct responses-this is a true skill. Cindy Bryant

Michael, I would advise any manager to get to know their people. Understanding what your team values will allow you to motivate them. Sometimes it does only take a handshake. A handshake expresses gratitude and respect. Cindy Bryant

Hildie, Thank yoi so much for your insightful post. In order to continue your programs they will need to meet these prescribed measures, a program is now considered to lead to gainful employment if it has a repayment rate of at least 35%, or if its annual loan payment under the debt-to-earnings ratio is 12% or less of annual earnings, or 30% or less of discretionary income. Most campuses have already begun calculating the formulas for their programs and making decisions on which programs meet the measures. Cindy Bryant
