Ronald, First, I would definitely bring it to your supervisors attention and follow their guidance. Second, you may have answered your own question simply through your experiences. Just learning that males have a more difficult time may discourage him. Now, there is usually curriculum that covers hygiene, customer service and decorum-does he meet those standards?? Cindy Bryant

Jerry, I agree with you. I believe that we should flood the media with 'good news' pieces until they listen. Cindy Bryant

Sarah, A key point is that misrepresentation can jeopardize a person's employment and must be taken seriously. It is better to take the extra time to ensure that the response is correct. Cindy Bryant
Kelsey, While gift cards are wonderfully welcomed, it is important to ensure that the gift is not related to enrollments in any way. This is because gift cards have monetary value. Cindy Bryant
Alicia, It is amazing how far a smile can take a person and how a smile can impact a person's day. Cindy Bryant
Teresa, It is good to know that you have true concern and passion for your students. If every instructor would be able to find the time to call their students attrition would diminish. Cindy Bryant

Loraine, Telephone inquiries can be complex and difficult to handle. I understand that the premise is to set the appointment to have the prospective student come in but this isn't always possible. When a person calls in for information they are in control of the call. This is not the situation that an admissions person prefers. However, it is more important to listen to the caller very closely to discern the callers concerns and ask questions. Cindy Bryant
Cynthia, When students actually bring, or escort, friends and family to the school they are making a statement that they believe in their school and what it does. Cindy Bryant
