Anne, student expectations can be identified and set through carefully listening and responding to the students needs. Often times students are not aware that they have set unrealistic expectations for their salary potential until they have an opportunity to discuss their goals with an admissions professional. Patricia, Praise and recognition is so powerful. Everyone loves to hear that they have done a good job. Thanks for sharing. Cindy Bryant

Brian, When the media broadcast a news piece on a career school we immediately assume that the school is guilty. Many times it is the 'squeaky wheel' scenario some students are vocal enough to get on the news. It is unfortunate that compliant schools suffer the consequences of the media attention. Cindy Bryant

Debra, Thank you for participating in the discussion. In what way do you see our society overwhelmed with the media influence? Cindy Bryant
Ellen, It is good to know that your institution takes the Disclosures seriously. Providing a multitude of ways in order to ensure that students are provided information increases the students access to these documents. Through repetition, the student will see the importance of the Disclosures and read for better understanding. Cindy Bryant
Ronald, You are so right, helping someone else succed is very rewarding and the overall reason that we do what we do. :) Cindy Bryant

Laura, Documenting concerns is complaints is sage advice. This allows you to go back and review your document to determine that you have the facts and that you addressed the complaints accordingly. You are right this is a win-win. Good advice. Cindy Bryant
Gretchen, Your support for the admissions team is priceless. You have an insight that is valuable and and will benefit your school's new employees. Thank you for sharing. Cindy Bryant
Charles, You have just mentioned an important topic, providing disclosures on the schools represented Facebook pages. Any media that represents the school should have the appropriate links. Cindy Bryant

Patricia, We have very little influence over what the media chooses to cover, we can however keep fighting the good fight and attempt to get our great successes out there. Cindy Bryant
