Pearl, As an institution of higher learning it is assumed that every employee would read and understand the materials produced by the school. However, many times it seems that there are not enough hours in the day. Cindy Bryant
David, Any time you encourage a prospective student to examine other schools you are taking a risk that the student will choose another school. This is rationalized by it being the best choice for the student. Cindy Bryant

Sheril, I would encourage you to approach your supervisor and attempt to solve the issue. At most campuses the materials are part of the enrollment agreement which is the contract that both parties must honor. Cindy Bryant
